🌀 The Flow: 3 Days of Sacred Reclamation
Friday: Opening the Portal
- Arrive and settle into sacred space with tea + land blessing
- Opening circle with breath + intention setting
- Dinner followed by Aiyana’s sound bath ceremony to ground your field and soften your body
Saturday: Descent + Fire
- Morning breath ritual and feminine somatic flow
- SOMA Breathwork Journey: deep, rhythmic, and trauma-informed
- Spacious rest, journaling, and optional 1:1 healing
- Cacao Ceremony + Fire Ritual: heart-opening, womb-centered, and aligned with the descent toward Samhain
Sunday: Rise Rooted
- Morning integration: breath, movement, stillness
- Final reclamation breathwork + sacred declaration
- Closing circle with ritual anointing and shared blessing
- Depart by 11:30 AM, anchored in your power
